Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a contact form or project planner request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the project details you provide (project type, budget range, timeline, property details, and any message you include). We also capture non-identifying marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring page, and landing page URL if they are present in your browser session.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation about your remodeling project.
• To respond about your project by phone or email, and by text only after your separate SMS opt-in.
• To understand which marketing channels bring us interested homeowners, using non-identifying attribution data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your contact details with third-party advertisers.
• Your project details and contact information are not sent to AI services. Only non-personal project scope data (such as project type, square footage, and finish level) is sent to our AI scope review assistant to help prepare a useful review.

Website and advertising measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to understand visits and completed project inquiries. Measurement is off until you accept the measurement banner. Previous analytics-only consent does not enable advertising measurement.

Google may process cookie identifiers, device information and ad interactions. For Google, ad personalization and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this implementation. Meta Pixel is configured for public-page view measurement only — no advanced matching, no automatic form scraping, and no contact fields or project text are sent to Meta. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project text, or receipt IDs to any of these measurement services.

You may withdraw permission to stop new measurement events. Withdrawing also revokes the Meta Pixel consent grant. Previously collected information is not deleted by changing this preference.

Live chat

When you use the live chat feature, your name (if provided) and chat messages are stored securely and are visible only to authorized BF Remodeling staff. Each chat session is protected by a random access token generated server-side and stored in your browser — other visitors cannot access your conversations.

How long we keep your data

We retain your project inquiry for as long as needed to serve your project and our business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove your contact details from our active systems, while retaining a limited opt-out record when needed to prevent unwanted texts. You can request deletion at any time by emailing Info@bfremodel.com or calling (984) 900-7151.

Your consent

Submitting a project inquiry allows us to respond to that inquiry using the contact details you provide. It does not, by itself, enroll you in our SMS program. We send program text messages only after you separately choose to receive them. You may withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP, or contact us to change your other communication preferences.

Text messages and your privacy

If you choose the separate SMS checkbox, BF Remodeling LLC may text you about appointments, scheduling, estimates you requested, and your remodeling project. We collect your mobile number, your consent choice and the wording you agreed to, the time and source of that choice, and messages and delivery information needed to operate this service.

We do not sell or rent mobile information, SMS consent records, or message content, or share them with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging and hosting providers may process this information only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the service.

We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to document your preferences and prevent unwanted messages. You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting info@bfremodel.com or 984-900-7151. We may retain a limited opt-out record so that a deletion request does not accidentally restart texting.
